i see what your saying but i dont think there is a double standard.
However i do think it is because of the gender difference.

i say this because guys can get away with showing the upper bods unlike girls as boys have nothing to hide! also there is a difference in situations cause she was pole dancing- i think if Taylor was doing the same the same up roar would happen.

Even though they both have children audiences, miley’s range is bigger and younger whereas Taylor’s is 12+ and s also viewed by adults.
